Membership registration guide
You can become a member by agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and filling out the required information through the [Sign Up] menu. You can use the service free of charge immediately after registration. You don’t have to enter all the information required for ordering. You can always participate in group purchases and auctions. You can also participate in member-only events and various discount promotions.
Ordering Instructions
Ordering a product involves the following steps: – Step 1: Search for a product – Step 2: Add to cart – Step 3: Log in with your member ID or order as a non-member – Step 4: Fill out the order form – Step 5: Select payment method and complete the payment – Step 6: Order success screen (order number) If you’re a non-member, be sure to note the order number and authorization number (for card payments) in Step 6. Payment Information
For high-value payments, your credit card company may call you for verification purposes. During the verification process, if we determine that the order is not normal, such as the use of a stolen card or an order placed under someone else’s name, we may suspend or cancel the order at our discretion. For bank transfers, you can deposit the purchase price through PC banking, internet banking, telephone banking, or directly at a nearby bank. The depositor name entered when ordering must match the actual depositor’s name, and the deposit must be made within 7 days. Orders for which deposit is not made will be automatically cancelled.

Exchange/Return Information
Exchanges and returns are possible within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Refund Information
For refunds, we will refund the payment amount within three business days after confirming the return. Other Information
Points earned from orders will be converted to usable points seven days after the delivery completion check. During this seven-day period, they will be classified as unused points. Unused points are points for orders that haven’t actually been purchased, in case of returns, cancellations, etc. Points can be used for purchases of KRW 1,000 or more. Points (total points – used points – unused points) can be used for purchases of KRW 20,000 (based on the total actual purchase amount), and can only be used for 50% of the purchase amount.
Points are valid for one year and will automatically expire after that.
Terms of Use: The minimum amount of points available for purchase (the required amount of points available for purchase) is KRW 1,000. The maximum amount of points available for purchase (the maximum amount of points that can be used at one time) is “no limit.” Term of Expiration: If an order is canceled or refunded, any points accumulated from the purchase will also be canceled.
